Management Structure for the Polymer IRC

The academic directors of the IRC take turns as Chair of the Executive Group. The first director to take the chair was Professor Peter Olmsted head of the Polymers and Complex Fluids Research Group at the University of Leeds. Prof Phil Coates, FREng, head of the Advanced Materials Engineering Centre and Polymer CIC at the University of Bradford became the chair in September 2011.
