The full conference fee of £300 (£220 for members of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, the British Plastics Federation, or the Polymer IRC/ Bradford Industry Group) includes lunch, refreshments, the Conference Dinner on Tuesday 26 November and a softbound, published book of abstracts and other information.   

A limited number of student places will be available at a fee of £140 - please contact the Events Bradford Unit directly.The one day fee of £170 (£120 for concessions - see members list above) includes lunch, refreshments and the book of papers. The fees are VAT exempt. The Conference Dinner is available to one-day delegates at an additional cost of £45.                                                                                                                                 

The fees are VAT exempt. Priority will be given to full conference bookings.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing (e-mails accepted) to the Polymer IRC office address above.  For cancellations received before 1 June, no charge; between 10 June and  - 10 July 20% of fee payable; after 10 July - full fee payable. After that day, or for non-attendance, the full amount will be payable. Substitutes can be accepted at any time - please confirm in writing.

SME special offer -  The SME special rate for the full meeting is £220 including the Conference Banquet.
